Job Description:

  • Router installation and configuration, Switch, Wireless Controller-Access Point, and related IT tools. Coordinate any responses or actions that may be required.
  • Responsible to maintenance, analyze, problem solving and continuously improving network, server and
    related IT tools.
  • Do backup configuration effectively to all network and server.
  • Support systems and network infrastructure for branch offices either remotely or on-site.
  • Gather evidence and report on network incidents
  • Provide consultancy and policy advice on network services and standards
  • Review and report on the outcomes from systems and infrastructure resulting from the deployment of
    new technologies.
  • Perform IT operations procedure to ensure all the systems within the company are functioning
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the activities comply with corporate IT policies, standards
    and requirements
  • Proactively monitor any changes within the corporate /or country IT standard, policies and procedure that
    might affect the company’s business units
     

Requirements:

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3 years’ experience in Network Administration experience in an IT environment HO and Branch
  • Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Citrix, Cisco, Dell, HPE and other network
    appliances (Cisco CCNA/CCNP is a plus)
  • Able to configure and optimize monitoring systems for all network devices and services
  • Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless
    network, Link Balancing, Core Switch etc.
  • Experienced in IT Risk Management in insurance industry will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to interact with technical and management staff to develop and problem solve technical
    requirements
  • Able to perform with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
