Job Description :
Provide an assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems and software.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving system/software faults.
Respond to email messages for users seeking help.
Supporting the roll-out of new application.
Requirements :
S1 degree from reputable university with major in Computer Science/ComputerEngineering with GPA ≥ 3.00
Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
Strong expertise in windows operating systems.
Experience in handling computer (PC, laptop, printer) troubleshooting, and softwareinstallation
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Willing to learning and evaluating new applications and tools.
Excellent communication, both oral and written communication skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Practitioner of hard work, honesty, and integrity.
